CRM / Customer Relationship Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing food-tech client in Berlin who is transforming how consumers discover dining experiences across multiple European markets. Our talent team is searching for a CRM / Customer Relationship Manager to drive engagement campaigns for their B2C app community spanning Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment where you will directly impact user engagement and retention through strategic CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and execute ad-hoc engagement campaigns and newsletter initiatives targeting app users across multiple European markets
• Create compelling, conversion-focused CRM copy in German that resonates with food-enthusiast audiences
• Build and deploy campaign messages using modern CRM platforms such as Braze
• Continuously test new content and campaign concepts, analyzing CRM KPIs throughout the customer lifecycle including open rates, click rates, conversion, retention, and reactivation metrics
• Derive actionable insights from performance data to sustainably improve engagement and user retention
• Support the broader CRM team with daily operations, including building automated workflows to enable strategic process optimization

What We're Looking For

• Native-level German language skills with excellent written communication abilities; business-fluent English required for team collaboration
• 1–3 years of professional experience in CRM or digital campaign management with demonstrated copywriting experience for email and push notifications
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, Klaviyo, or similar tools (Braze experience is a significant advantage)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail in content formatting, tone, and proofreading; practical experience with Figma is a plus
• Analytical thinking with ability to interpret engagement data, identify trends, and apply insights to optimize future campaigns
• Hands-on mentality with structured, proactive work style and willingness to independently execute ad-hoc requests
