Training Coordinator / Trainer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential aviation services organization seeking a Training Coordinator / Trainer for their Hamburg location. This role combines hands-on technical instruction with training program development and workshop management in the aeronautical sector.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, deliver and update theoretical and practical technical training courses in aeronautical operations
• Develop and update training content and teaching materials based on participant skill levels and operational requirements
• Transfer technical knowledge and practical skills required for aeronautical activities
• Monitor participant progress, assess learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain training centers and workshops in clean, organized and safe condition
• Manage equipment inventory, check availability of tools and consumables, and coordinate procurement as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all training environments
• Verify that participants use required personal protective equipment
• Maintain accurate attendance records and training documentation
• Participate in preparation and coordination of training schedules and monthly pedagogical committees
• Prepare detailed weekly progress reports for management review
• Report any safety incidents, equipment anomalies or shortages immediately to management

What We're Looking For

• Technical training or certification in the aeronautical field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in aviation trades and/or team leadership
• Strong command of technical instruction and teaching methodologies
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Strong interpersonal abilities with proven capability to transfer knowledge effectively
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality standards and workplace cleanliness
• Fluency in German, French and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness and availability to travel regularly to Toulouse
