Entrepreneur in Residence (m/w/d) – Healthcare Sector – Rollup

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in Berlin that is building an AI-powered business model in a traditional professional services sector. They are launching multiple vertical-focused units, and we're currently recruiting for their healthcare vertical lead.

This is an Entrepreneur in Residence role where you will own a complete business unit from product definition through commercial execution. You'll work directly with founding leadership to build a scalable, technology-enabled service offering for ambulatory healthcare providers. This position offers founder-level responsibility within a well-funded startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and build a best-in-class service experience for the ambulatory healthcare sector by translating provider pain points into systematic, scalable solutions
• Execute the product vision in close collaboration with operations and technology teams, building AI-powered workflows that create competitive differentiation
• Own sales execution and P&L for the medical vertical, with accountability for revenue and margin targets
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with medical practice operators, healthcare roll-ups, and referral networks to drive pipeline growth
• Acquire and develop design customers as the foundation for validating and refining the vertical strategy
• Scale into full vertical leadership, eventually building and managing a dedicated team across product, go-to-market, and operations
• Contribute to company-wide strategy through direct reporting to founding leadership

What We're Looking For

• Founder experience or clear founder ambition, seeking genuine ownership and entrepreneurial scope
• Strong product thinking: ability to convert messy, real-world customer problems into clear, scalable solutions
• Commercial accountability: comfortable owning sales, P&L, partnerships, and business outcomes beyond product development
• Healthcare sector knowledge or existing relationships within medical practices, medical practice management, or healthcare procurement strongly preferred
• Leadership drive: energized by building and running a full business unit, not just contributing as an individual
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build structure where none exists
• Location in or willingness to relocate to Berlin

Pay
