UK – Senior Account Manager (Warrington Area)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential workforce technology organization seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Warrington area. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of client relationships within a fast-growing platform that serves frontline industries across logistics, manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.

You'll work directly with blue-chip clients, driving productivity improvements and ensuring successful workforce management outcomes. This role requires someone who can operate independently, think analytically, and deliver measurable results at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise client accounts in the Warrington region
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive account management and strategic consultation
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and platform adoption across client organizations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success
• Monitor account performance metrics and deliver insights that improve fulfilment, attendance, and retention outcomes
• Represent client needs internally while positioning our client's capabilities externally
• Travel regularly within your territory to maintain face-to-face client engagement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or Client Director, ideally within workforce solutions, recruitment technology, or B2B SaaS
• Strong track record managing enterprise accounts and delivering revenue growth
• Deep understanding of frontline industries such as logistics, manufacturing, retail, or warehousing
• Excellent relationship-building skills with C-level and operational stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable client strategies
• Self-starter who thrives on ownership and accountability
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Warrington area with regular travel across your region
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
