We are representing a fast-growing marketing technology company that is expanding its independent sales partner network across the UK. This is not a traditional employment role – it's an entrepreneurial opportunity to build your own sales operation while promoting an AI-powered marketing solution designed for small businesses.

Based in Glasgow, you'll have the flexibility to run your own schedule while earning through a combination of guaranteed weekly draw payments and uncapped commission. Our client provides the product, training resources, and support structure – you bring the drive and local market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach local businesses in your territory that could benefit from improved marketing automation (salons, restaurants, gyms, professional services, retail)
• Initiate conversations with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing challenges
• Demonstrate the platform's capabilities through mobile demonstrations
• Enroll qualified prospects into free trial programs
• Follow up with trial users to support conversion to paid subscriptions
• Manage your own schedule, territory planning, and business operations as a self-employed contractor
• Track your trial signups and closed accounts to maintain eligibility for guaranteed weekly payments

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated individuals comfortable with entrepreneurial, commission-based compensation structures
• Ability to walk into businesses and initiate professional conversations with owners and managers
• UK-based with the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Registered as self-employed with HMRC, or willing to register
• Access to reliable transport or a territory with high walkable business density
• Smartphone with internet access for demonstrations and lead tracking
• Previous B2B sales, field marketing, or door-to-door experience is helpful but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to build a pipeline through consistent effort

Performance expectations: Generate 3+ free trial signups per week initially (weeks 1-4), then 4+ per week ongoing to maintain weekly draw eligibility.

The client provides a comprehensive resource kit including demonstration scripts, objection-handling guides, territory mapping tools, and ongoing support. However, as a self-employed partner, you control your own schedule, approach, and business operations. You will invoice the client directly and manage your own tax obligations.

Compensation Structure

Self-employed contractor arrangement with:

• Guaranteed weekly draw of £500 (contingent on meeting weekly trial signup targets)
• Commission of £250–£350 per closed account
• In weeks where commission exceeds £500, you receive full commission instead of draw
• Top performers typically earn £4,000–£8,000+ per month
• Uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance

You will be responsible for your own tax, National Insurance contributions, and business expenses as a sole trader or limited company.
