Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing marketing technology client in their search for independent Territory Sales Partners across Cardiff and Wales. This is a self-employed business opportunity, not a traditional employment role.

Our client provides AI-powered marketing solutions designed specifically for small businesses—handling social media, email campaigns, advertising, and reputation management. They are venture-backed and expanding their UK footprint through a network of independent sales partners.

This is a performance-based partnership where you build your own sales operation. You choose your schedule, your territory approach, and how you engage with local businesses. You'll earn a guaranteed weekly draw plus commission on closed accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach local businesses in your territory (salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, dental practices, retail shops)
• Conduct product demonstrations and introduce business owners to the marketing platform
• Generate free trial signups through in-person conversations and relationship building
• Follow up with trial users to support conversion to paying accounts
• Manage your own schedule, territory planning, and sales pipeline
• Invoice the client for your earnings as a self-employed contractor
• Maintain activity targets to qualify for the weekly guaranteed draw

What We're Looking For

• Based in Cardiff or Wales with the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Registered (or willing to register) as self-employed with HMRC
• Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset—you don't need external management
• Smartphone with internet access and reliable transport or walkable business-dense territory
• Previous sales, field marketing, or B2B experience helpful but not required
• Willingness to work a performance-based compensation structure

No degree required. No specific sales background required. If you can hold a professional conversation and are driven to build your own income, this may be a fit.

Compensation Structure

This is a self-employed contractor opportunity with uncapped earnings potential:

• Guaranteed Weekly Draw: £500/week minimum (contingent on meeting trial signup targets: 3/week for weeks 1–4, then 4/week from week 5 onward)
• Commission: £250–£350 per closed account, tier-dependent
• When weekly commissions exceed £500, you earn the full commission instead of the draw
• Top performers earn £4,000–£8,000+ per month
• The draw is ongoing—not limited to the first month

Pay via Get A Job.ai: This is a commission-based self-employment opportunity. Compensation ranges from £4,000 to £8,000+ per month depending on performance. You will invoice for your earnings and manage your own tax obligations.
