Territory Sales Partner

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client who has developed an AI-powered marketing platform for small businesses. They are expanding their UK sales presence through independent Territory Sales Partners in Aberdeen and across Scotland.

This is a self-employed sales partnership, not a traditional employment role. You will build your own local sales operation, managing your own schedule and territory while earning guaranteed weekly draw plus uncapped commission.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses (salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, professional services) to introduce our client's marketing platform
• Conduct product demonstrations using mobile demo tools
• Offer free trials to qualified prospects and manage trial-to-customer conversion
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects within your chosen territory
• Maintain weekly trial signup targets to qualify for guaranteed draw payments
• Invoice the client monthly as a self-employed contractor
• Manage your own tax obligations through HMRC registration

What We're Looking For

• UK-based with right to work in the United Kingdom
• Registered (or willing to register) as self-employed with HMRC
• Self-motivated individuals comfortable with independent work schedules
• Confident initiating conversations with business owners in person
• Smartphone with reliable internet access
• Reliable transport or ability to work a walkable high-density business area
• Sales, field marketing, or B2B experience helpful but not required
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building income through consistent effort

No degree required. No prior sales experience required. Our client provides comprehensive resources including demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and territory mapping tools.

Compensation Structure

This is a self-employed contractor opportunity with a guaranteed weekly draw plus commission:

• Weekly Draw: £500/week guaranteed (conditional on meeting weekly trial targets: 3 trials/week for weeks 1-4, then 4 trials/week ongoing)
• Commission: £250–£350 per closed account (tier-dependent), uncapped
• Top Partner Earnings: £4,000–£8,000+ per month reported by high performers
• In weeks where commission exceeds £500, you earn full commission instead of draw

You will invoice the client monthly and are responsible for your own tax obligations as a self-employed individual or limited company.

Career Progression: High-performing partners can advance to City Captain, State Director, Regional Director, and Country Manager roles with increasing commission rates and leadership opportunities.
