We are representing a confidential AI-powered marketing technology client in their search for independent Territory Sales Partners across Derby and surrounding areas. This is a self-employed partnership opportunity, not a traditional employment role.

Our client provides marketing automation solutions to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United Kingdom. As their recruiting partner, Get A Job.ai is building a network of ambitious sales professionals who want to operate their own local sales territory with guaranteed income support and uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach local businesses in your territory who could benefit from improved marketing capabilities
• Conduct face-to-face conversations and product demonstrations with business owners and decision-makers
• Present free trial opportunities to prospects including salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, medical practices, and similar local establishments
• Follow up with trial users to support conversion to paying accounts
• Manage your own schedule, territory planning, and business operations as an independent contractor
• Maintain weekly trial signup targets to qualify for guaranteed draw payments
• Invoice the client for your earnings and manage your own tax obligations

What We're Looking For

• UK-based with the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Registered or willing to register as self-employed with HMRC (sole trader or limited company)
• Self-directed individuals comfortable managing their own business operations and schedule
• Ability to initiate conversations with business owners in person
• Smartphone with internet access for demonstrations and communication
• Reliable transport or residence in an area with walkable business density
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building income through effort and results
• Sales, field marketing, or B2B experience helpful but not required
• No degree required

Compensation Structure: This role offers a guaranteed weekly draw of £500 (contingent on meeting weekly trial targets of 3-4 signups depending on tenure) plus commission of £250-£350 per closed account. The draw continues as long as targets are met. When commissions exceed the draw amount, you receive full commission instead. Top performers typically earn £4,000-£8,000+ monthly.
