About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS client seeking independent Territory Sales Partners across Plymouth and surrounding areas. This is a self-employed contractor role for ambitious sales professionals who want to build their own business introducing local SMBs to an AI-powered marketing solution.

This partnership allows you to control your schedule, territory strategy, and earning potential while benefiting from a guaranteed weekly draw structure and uncapped commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach local businesses (salons, restaurants, gyms, service providers) that could benefit from improved marketing capabilities
• Conduct in-person conversations and product demonstrations using mobile demo tools
• Offer 14-day free trial accounts and manage follow-up to conversion
• Generate minimum weekly trial signups (3 in weeks 1-4, 4 from week 5 onward) to maintain guaranteed draw eligibility
• Manage your own territory mapping, scheduling, and pipeline development
• Invoice the client as a self-employed contractor and manage your own tax obligations

What We're Looking For

• UK-based with right to work in the United Kingdom
• Registered or willing to register as self-employed with HMRC (sole trader or limited company structure)
• Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners in face-to-face settings
• Self-motivated individuals who manage their own schedules without supervision
• Smartphone with internet access and reliable transport or walkable high-density business territory
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building income tied to effort rather than fixed salary
• Previous sales, field marketing, or B2B experience helpful but not required

Compensation Structure

Self-employed contractors receive a guaranteed weekly draw of £500 (contingent on meeting weekly trial signup targets) plus commission of £250–£350 per closed account. In weeks where commission exceeds £500, you receive full commission instead of the draw. Top-performing partners in this programme typically earn £4,000–£8,000+ monthly with uncapped potential.
