We are representing a fast-growing marketing technology company that is expanding its independent sales partner network across the UK. This is not a traditional employment position—it's a self-employed sales partnership where you build and run your own business introducing local businesses to an AI-powered marketing platform.

Our client provides marketing automation solutions specifically designed for small businesses—handling social media, email campaigns, advertising, and online reputation. They're venture-backed and scaling rapidly across the United Kingdom.

The Partnership Structure

As a Territory Sales Partner, you operate independently with full control over your schedule, territory, and approach. You will be self-employed (sole trader or limited company), managing your own tax obligations and invoicing.

Guaranteed Weekly Draw: £500 per week minimum (subject to activity targets)

• Weeks 1-4: Generate at least 3 free trial signups weekly to qualify
• Week 5 onward: Generate at least 4 free trial signups weekly to qualify
• When your commissions exceed £500 in any week, you receive the full commission amount instead
• This ongoing draw ensures you're never working without compensation while building your pipeline

Commission Structure: £250-£350 per closed account (tier-dependent), with completely uncapped earnings potential. High-performing partners typically earn £4,000-£8,000+ monthly.

Location: Bradford, England—you choose your specific territory within your local area

Schedule: Entirely flexible. Work mornings, evenings, weekends—whatever suits your lifestyle and business strategy

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach local businesses in your territory (salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, professional services, etc.)
• Initiate conversations with business owners about their marketing challenges
• Conduct quick product demonstrations using mobile technology
• Offer 14-day free trials to qualified prospects
• Follow up with trial users to convert them to paying customers
• Manage your own pipeline and customer relationship activities
• Meet weekly trial signup targets to maintain draw eligibility
• Invoice for your earnings and manage tax compliance as self-employed

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Based in the United Kingdom with right to work
• Currently registered (or willing to register) as self-employed with HMRC
• Smartphone with reliable internet access
• Reliable transportation or a territory with high business density accessible on foot
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without day-to-day management
• Confident initiating conversations with business owners in person
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you want to build something, not just collect a paycheck

Ideal Candidates:

• Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, or face-to-face marketing (helpful but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
• Comfortable with technology and mobile demonstrations
• Driven by uncapped income potential tied directly to effort and results

No degree required. No specific sales experience mandatory. If you can hold a professional conversation and are willing to put in consistent effort, our client provides comprehensive resources including demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and territory mapping tools.

Career Progression: Top performers advance through a clear leadership pathway from Territory Partner to City Captain (exclusive territory, higher commissions), State Director (team leadership with override commissions), Regional Director (multi-region management), and potentially Country Manager roles.
