Wir vertreten ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien, das dezentrale Energielösungen für Privathaushalte entwickelt und vertreibt. Unser Mandant sucht einen erfahrenen Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d) für den Standort Saarbrücken, der das Onboarding und die Betreuung von Vertriebspartnern im PV- und Erneuerbare-Energien-Sektor verantwortet.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Onboarding neuer Vertriebspartner und ihrer Vertriebsteams vom Erstkontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
- Ganzheitliche Betreuung bestehender Vertriebspartner durch fachliche und vertriebliche Impulse zur Sicherung ihres kontinuierlichen Erfolgs
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Schulungen für neue und bestehende Vertriebspartner sowie deren Vertriebler zur Verbesserung von Fachwissen und Verkaufsfertigkeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Vertriebsveranstaltungen im PV- und Erneuerbare-Energien-Bereich
- Begleitung von Vertriebspartnern zu Kundenterminen vor Ort zur aktiven Förderung des Verkaufsprozesses
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Vertragsabschlüssen
- Professionelles Relationship Management mit lokalen Führungskräften der Vertriebspartner
Was wir suchen
- Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung; Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in PV-Vertrieb (Erfahrung im Finanzvertrieb von Vorteil)
- Ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation und hohe Resilienz in anspruchsvollen Situationen
- Leidenschaft fürs Coaching und die Entwicklung von Menschen
- Starker Erfolgswille, Detailorientierung und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Freude am direkten Austausch mit Partnern und Kunden vor Ort
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachkenntnisse wie Türkisch, Russisch, Polnisch oder Rumänisch von Vorteil)
