About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI infrastructure company based in Berlin. They've achieved product-market fit with their initial customers and are now scaling their go-to-market motion across new segments and geographies. This is a high-impact growth role where you'll own the full demand generation and qualification pipeline while working directly with the founding GTM lead.

This position offers genuine 0-to-1 building opportunities. You'll establish outbound systems, refine inbound qualification, and drive new market entry—all while gaining deep exposure to cutting-edge AI infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation including outbound campaigns, inbound qualification, and pipeline development
• Build and optimize GTM systems and workflows from the ground up as the company scales
• Drive new market entry initiatives across different customer segments and geographies
• Design and implement automation across the sales funnel to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Collaborate directly with technical teams to develop credible customer-facing messaging around complex infrastructure products
• Travel as needed to meet prospects and establish presence in new markets

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
• Strong working knowledge of GTM tooling landscape including CRM platforms, outbound automation tools, and best practices
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
• Relentless problem-solver who builds systems rather than applying brute-force effort
• High agency—you identify opportunities and move without waiting for permission or a playbook
• Extreme ownership of quality and outcomes; self-driven accountability

Preferred:

• Technical literacy or computer science background to engage credibly with engineering teams and complex infrastructure topics
• Comfort with technical concepts in AI/ML infrastructure
