Technical Founders Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cloud infrastructure client based in Berlin. They are building a cutting-edge GPU and inference platform, and we're seeking a Technical Founders Associate to join their product and engineering team. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of customer needs and technical execution—perfect for someone who wants to shape product direction while working directly with senior engineers.

Our client is moving quickly in a fast-growing market. You'll have genuine ownership from day one, helping determine what gets built and how it ships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with senior engineers to build and refine the inference platform, including API design and customer-facing features
• Engage with ML engineers and AI companies using the platform to gather feedback and translate it into actionable product decisions
• Write specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features
• Identify product friction points through usage data and customer conversations
• Coordinate across engineering, go-to-market, and support teams to ensure smooth feature launches
• Contribute directly to the product roadmap—your insights will shape priorities

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Initial experience in product, engineering, or a startup environment
• Genuine curiosity about cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML technologies
• Strong communication skills—able to speak fluently with both ML engineers and business stakeholders
• Bias toward action: you ship products, not just plans
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Comfortable moving between customer calls and technical reviews in the same day
• Self-directed: you figure out what needs to be built rather than waiting to be told
