About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in their search for an AC Training Instructor for their Technical Academy in the Berlin area. Our client is at the forefront of decentralized energy solutions, and this role will directly impact the quality and expertise of their field operations teams.

As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're looking for an experienced electrical professional who can translate hands-on technical knowledge into effective training programs. You'll work on-site at the academy location in Blankenfelde-Mahlow, developing and delivering practical instruction that ensures technical excellence across installations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical, hands-on training sessions for electricians and electrical assistants
• Guide and ensure structured onboarding for new technical team members
• Identify optimization potential and implement targeted qualification measures
• Continuously improve and expand existing training and education concepts while maintaining quality standards
• Work on-site at the academy facility in Blankenfelde-Mahlow (Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 12, 15827)

What We're Looking For

• Completed apprenticeship/training as an electrician (w/m/d)
• 3+ years of experience in energy and building technology
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Strong communication skills with a respectful, appreciative approach
• Ability to work confidently in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Experience with PV systems and heat pumps is a plus
• German language proficiency required for training delivery
