Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization that is actively scaling its partner sales network across Germany. This is a hands-on Partner Sales Manager role based in Ingolstadt, focused on onboarding, training, and supporting external sales partners who bring solar and energy solutions to residential customers.

As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we are seeking a German-speaking sales professional who thrives on coaching, relationship management, and field-based collaboration. You will be the vital link between our client and their partner network, ensuring partners have the knowledge, tools, and motivation to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new sales partners and their sales representatives, guiding them from initial contact through to successful contract execution
• Provide ongoing support to existing partners through strategic and tactical sales guidance to drive continuous performance improvement
• Deliver regular training sessions for new and existing partners and their teams to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Plan, organize, and execute sales events focused on photovoltaic and renewable energy solutions to help partners expand their portfolios
• Accompany partners to customer appointments when needed to actively support the sales process and strengthen direct engagement
• Provide hands-on assistance in closing deals, contributing directly to shared business success
• Maintain professional relationship management with local partner leadership and represent the organization confidently in all interactions

What We're Looking For

• Several years of sales experience; willingness to learn renewable energy and solar sales (experience in large-scale financial sales is a plus)
• Strong self-motivation and resilience, with the ability to navigate challenging situations in a goal-oriented manner
• Passionate coaching mindset with genuine enthusiasm for developing people and helping them improve continuously
• Results-driven attitude with attention to detail and a strong will to succeed
• Comfort with significant travel and a preference for face-to-face interaction with partners and customers
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) required; additional languages such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous
