Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Partner Sales Manager to join their team in Karlsruhe. In this role, you will:

• Oversee onboarding of new sales partners and their representatives, guiding them from initial contact through successful contract completion
• Provide comprehensive support to existing sales partners through technical and commercial guidance, contributing decisively to their ongoing success
• Conduct regular training sessions for new and established sales partners and their teams to continuously improve their technical knowledge and sales capabilities
• Independently plan, organize, and execute sales events focused on solar and renewable energy to help partners expand their portfolios
• Accompany sales partners to customer appointments as needed to actively promote the sales process and strengthen direct communication
• Actively support contract implementation and contribute directly to shared business success
• Maintain professional relationship management with local leadership at partner organizations and represent our client confidently in all interactions

What We're Looking For

• Several years of sales experience, with openness to learn new areas such as solar sales; experience in large-scale financial sales is a plus
• Strong self-motivation and high resilience, successfully managing challenging situations in a goal-oriented manner
• Passionate coaching mindset with enthusiasm for developing people and helping them continuously improve
• Strong drive for success, attention to detail, and consistent results orientation
• Comfort with extensive travel and appreciation for direct exchange with sales partners and customers on-site
• Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing; additional languages such as Turkish, Russian, Polish, or Romanian are advantageous
