Internship Organisational Development (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech scale-up in Berlin for an Internship in Organisational Development. This is a hands-on role where you'll work independently on cross-functional projects in strategic organizational development, supporting the VP of People & Organisational Development and the broader People team. The internship runs for three to six months and offers genuine impact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Provide management support as a right hand to the VP People & Organisational Development, engaging actively in strategic questions and business decisions
• Act as a sparring partner for various stakeholders and take on diverse responsibilities
• Drive organizational development initiatives including talent management programs, optimization of organizational structures, cross-team collaboration processes, and strategic employee development
• Develop creative solutions for emerging challenges related to people, culture, and organization
• Think strategically and challenge the status quo with sustainable improvements
• Work on multiple parallel projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in at least the 5th semester of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field with above-average academic performance
• Ideally with focus areas in Management and/or Organizational Psychology
• Previous relevant experience in a startup or consulting environment
• Strong interest in management, people & organizational development, and strategic topics
• Structured working style with independence, thoroughness, and attention to detail
• Fluent German and very good English language skills
• Proficiency in standard office tools, as well as AI and data analysis
• Enthusiastic and intrinsically motivated with a hands-on mentality
• Entrepreneurial, analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• Comfortable in a demanding yet informal scale-up environment
