Our client is building an integrated restaurant management platform that's gaining serious traction across multiple European markets. This is a ground-floor opportunity to be the first sales hire in Munich for a fast-growing organization backed by top-tier investors.

Responsibilities

This role blends field sales, relationship building, and market development. You'll be out meeting restaurant owners, café operators, and bar managers where they work—not behind a desk. Your day-to-day will include:

• Identifying and engaging with the best new hospitality venues in Munich
• Running product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations on-site
• Driving the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Coordinating smooth handovers to onboarding teams to ensure fast, successful go-lives
• Using CRM and sales automation tools effectively to maximize time in the field
• Participating in networking events and industry meetups
• Continuously refining sales processes and contributing feedback to improve the funnel
• Staying current on hospitality trends and merchant needs to inform strategy

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, commercial account management, or hospitality operations
• Fluency in both English and German
• Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and hospitality technology
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage busy restaurant owners quickly and keep their attention
• Hands-on, independent working style suited to fast-paced startup environments
• Comfort with experimentation and calculated risk-taking
• Natural curiosity and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools is a plus
