About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established tenant rights organization in the Offenbach region. Our client provides legal advisory services and advocacy for renters, serving as a central resource for housing-related matters. They seek an experienced operations leader to guide their office starting October 2026.

This is an unlimited-term position with 24–28 hours per week, offering substantial autonomy and the chance to shape service delivery for a committed membership base.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the office and coordinate a team of advisors and administrative staff
• Ensure high service quality and efficient processes in member consultation
• Manage budget, accounting, and reporting; work closely with the board of directors
• Represent the organization externally and maintain relationships with media, government officials, and partner organizations

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in business administration, law, or equivalent commercial/legal qualification
• Proven team leadership experience, ideally within an association, advocacy group, or service organization
• Analytical, solution-focused mindset with structured working methods
• Strong IT skills, experience with AI tools, and a track record in digitalization projects
• Basic knowledge of tenancy law or willingness to acquire it quickly (considered an advantage)
• Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, and communication strength
• German fluency required for this role

Pay
