AI Deployment Strategist

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking an AI Deployment Strategist for their Munich office. This role combines strategic consulting, technical implementation, and client partnership to drive enterprise AI adoption in high-stakes industries including finance, manufacturing, defense, and healthcare.

You will work at the intersection of business strategy and hands-on deployment, partnering with senior executives to design AI roadmaps and collaborating with technical teams to deliver production-ready solutions. This position requires approximately 30-60% travel to support client relationships and on-site implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities where AI can drive transformative improvements
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, articulating clear paths to value and business impact
• Collaborate with account teams to develop business cases, quantify ROI, and align solutions with customer objectives
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions, integrating models and platforms into customer workflows and technical infrastructure
• Partner with applied AI teams to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production environments
• Own execution of pilot projects and proofs-of-value, demonstrating technology potential and enabling full-scale deployment
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers, guiding their AI strategy and ensuring maximum value realization
• Monitor KPIs tied to business outcomes and communicate progress to executive sponsors
• Identify expansion opportunities within accounts to drive long-term partnerships
• Act as bridge between customers and internal teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product development
• Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks to scale delivery excellence

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in client-facing strategic and technical roles such as data science consulting, value engineering, or technical sales
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related scientific field
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science with ability to advise both technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications using Python
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions
• Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders at VP and C-level
• Resilient, results-driven personality comfortable leading through influence in collaborative environments
• Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus
• Willingness to travel 30-60% for client engagement and on-site deployment support
