Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization in Bielefeld seeking a Wirtschaftsinformatiker/in (m/w/d) to join their Business Development team. In this full-time role, you will systematize process workflows, independently manage projects, and implement new processes across the organization.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining SaaS applications used throughout the company
- Installing, configuring, and setting up standard software solutions
- Documenting and designing digital business processes
- Planning and introducing new software and IT solutions
- Connecting standard solutions via APIs and interfaces
- Developing and implementing automation for routine tasks
- Providing user training and ongoing support
- Performing error analysis and troubleshooting
What We're Looking For
Our client requires candidates with:
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik (Business Informatics)
- Ability to follow and optimize existing processes
- Quick comprehension and high level of self-discipline
- Strong ability to handle performance pressure
- Excellent team collaboration skills
- Clean, error-free written communication in German
