Account Executive, Majors

Responsibilities

We are representing a global cloud security leader seeking an Account Executive to drive major enterprise sales across Germany. In this remote role (ideally near Frankfurt), you will serve as a trusted advisor to large organizations undergoing digital transformation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing an assigned territory focused on net new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities within Germany's largest enterprises
• Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers
• Developing long-term account strategies that align with customer business goals
• Collaborating across internal teams to meet customer needs and contribute to strategic account planning
• Acting as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client businesses and positioning appropriate security solutions

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the software or security industry
• Progressive selling experience engaging with enterprise accounts at the C-Level
• Demonstrated proficiency in structured sales frameworks, specifically MEDDPICC and Value Selling methodologies, with a track record of closing six-to-seven-figure deals
• Business fluency in both German and English
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and a history of integrating new technologies to enhance workflows

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience leveraging AI-powered sales intelligence, predictive forecasting, or conversational AI platforms
• Deep understanding of how technology facilitates business outcomes
• Proven track record of strategic sales planning and closing net new logos
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and dynamic environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and ownership mentality

Pay

This position is based in Germany. The client offers a competitive base salary range of €103,250–€147,500 EUR, excluding commission, bonus, equity, and benefits. This range reflects the client's compensation structure for the role across German locations.
