Our talent team is seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager (Bauleiter) for challenging engineering construction projects in the Frankfurt area. Responsibilities

• Lead complex civil engineering construction projects independently from preparation through successful completion
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards throughout project execution
• Serve as primary contact for clients, engineering firms, and project stakeholders during construction phases
• Handle change order management and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Oversee site operations at projects located near your base in the Frankfurt region

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a construction site manager in civil engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and construction contract management
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Fluency in German required for this position
