Senior Bauleiter (m/w/d) Ingenieurbau – Stuttgart / Karlsruhe

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction organization seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager for civil engineering projects in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe. You will lead complex infrastructure projects from preparation through successful completion, working close to your home base with significant autonomy.

In this role, you will independently manage demanding civil engineering projects, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams. You will be responsible for meeting cost, schedule, and quality requirements while serving as the primary contact for clients, planning offices, and project stakeholders throughout the construction phase. Additional responsibilities include claims management and ensuring complete project documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience as a construction site manager in civil engineering
• Solid knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and construction contract and claims management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluency in German required for this role
