Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in Augsburg that is seeking a technical operations leader with electrical installation expertise. In this role, you will:

• Plan and execute photovoltaic projects independently, taking full ownership of assigned installations
• Perform AC-side installation of solar systems, battery storage solutions, and charging infrastructure at customer sites
• Ensure proper commissioning of all system components and verify operational readiness
• Complete and submit measurement protocols and acceptance documentation accurately and on schedule
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, conducting maintenance and repair work on existing installations
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout all project phases

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed certification as Elektromeister (electrical master craftsperson) with comprehensive technical knowledge
• Demonstrated experience with photovoltaic system installations and familiarity with installation processes
• Independent working style with strong quality consciousness and safety awareness
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail in documentation and execution
• Team-oriented approach with professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Fluent German language skills for seamless communication
