Sales Manager Photovoltaik & Wärmepumpen (m/w/d) – Digital Sales

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential clean energy technology organization seeking a Sales Manager for their digital sales team in Berlin. In this role, you will serve as the primary consultant for private homeowners looking to transition to renewable energy solutions including solar systems, energy storage, and heat pumps.

• Conduct consultative sales conversations with pre-qualified, warm leads who have expressed interest through digital channels
• Analyze individual customer energy requirements and develop tailored renewable energy solutions
• Guide customers through the complete sales process digitally via video conferencing tools—from initial consultation through contract signing
• Manage the entire sales cycle independently, including needs analysis, proposal development, and digital contract execution
• Maintain and actively manage your sales pipeline, following up consistently to move prospects toward close
• Re-engage previous contacts and prospects who have shown interest
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to help customers understand the economic and environmental benefits of integrated energy systems

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally in B2C sales, inside sales, or telesales environments
• Strong closing ability with the skill to recognize buying signals, handle objections confidently, and maintain momentum throughout the sales process
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of taking ownership of your sales success
• Interest in renewable energy technology and energy management systems—prior experience in the sector is a plus but not required
• Fluent German communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in accessible, compelling terms
• Located in Berlin or surrounding area with availability to collaborate regularly with the team onsite
• Comfortable working in a 100% digital sales environment using modern video conferencing platforms

Pay
