  • Administer cloud environments, virtualization platforms, Linux servers, and monitoring systems
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support using ticketing systems such as Jira Service Management
  • Implement and optimize IT systems in client environments, execute migrations and OS modernization projects
  • Create technical documentation, contribute to requirement specifications, and support system handovers
  • Participate in customer presentations, workshops, and internal knowledge transfer sessions

What We're Looking For

  • Strong expertise in Oracle databases: installation, design, performance analysis, maintenance, backup, and recovery
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments, virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V), and Linux server administration (SLES, RHEL)
  • Proven background in 2nd and 3rd level support with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
  • Track record of successfully managing migration and modernization projects with structured, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to create technical documentation; experience with requirement specifications and customer proposal development is advantageous
  • Confident communication skills with customers, service providers, and internal teams; comfortable leading workshops and presentations
  • Independent, structured work style with strong team collaboration and knowledge-sharing mindset
  • Excellent German language skills (C1 level); good English (B2 level) is beneficial
  • Valid Class B driver's license for occasional on-site client meetings
  • Current residence in Germany
