Senior Projektleiter (m/w/d) Hochbau

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential engineering and project management organization in Düsseldorf seeking a Senior Project Manager for complex construction projects. In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage demanding commercial construction projects across all phases from conception through successful completion
• Ensure project objectives are met regarding costs, schedules, and quality while actively managing project-related opportunities and risks
• Coordinate and lead all internal and external project stakeholders with a focus on efficient, solution-oriented collaboration
• Monitor project progress through regular quality controls and site inspections, implementing timely steering measures as needed
• Support new project acquisition and advise clients on developing forward-thinking project strategies

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management or leading complex commercial construction projects
• Confident demeanor, strong decision-making abilities, and proven capacity to lead projects and teams to successful outcomes
• Solid knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, and construction law, combined with strong understanding of economic principles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills when working with clients, authorities, specialist planners, and other project partners
• Fluency in German is required for this position
