About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing, venture-backed startup in the electric vehicle sector based in München. Our client is transforming how used EVs change hands across Europe, building the infrastructure to make this fragmented market more transparent and accessible. They're experiencing 4x year-over-year revenue growth and are looking for a sales-focused working student to join their dynamic team.

This role offers genuine responsibility from day one in a high-energy environment where you'll contribute directly to sales operations and process optimization. You'll work closely with customers throughout the entire sales cycle while helping shape the future of sustainable mobility.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in preparing vehicles for auction, from data verification to final platform preparation
• Guide sellers through the complete sales process via phone and coordinate handover logistics
• Analyze existing workflows and contribute ideas to make processes more efficient and scalable
• Provide customer insights to help drive product development and improvements
• Contribute flexibly across the team based on business needs and your individual strengths

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (field of study is secondary to your work approach)
• Strong communication skills with comfort in direct customer contact and phone conversations
• Structured working style with attention to clean processes
• Interest in automotive topics (a plus, as you'll work extensively with vehicle data)
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-moving environments and take initiative rather than waiting for instructions
• Available for 20 hours per week during semester, potentially more during breaks
• Native-level German (C2) and professional English proficiency required
• Comfortable working primarily on-site in München rather than remotely
• Adaptable to ambiguity and willing to wear multiple hats beyond your core role
