About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential manufacturing technology client in Garching who is building next-generation production software. Our talent team is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join an engineering team working directly on factory-floor systems. You'll ship code that your colleagues use in production the same day, making this one of the most direct development cycles you'll experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and advance web-based production software that drives company processes
- Scale both frontend and backend architecture as production lines and functionality expand
- Extend and optimize the data model supporting manufacturing workflows
- Collaborate directly with engineers and floor personnel who use your software daily
- Translate physical production improvements into software implementation
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in computer science or related field with strong academic performance
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
- Proficiency across frontend, backend, and database layers
- Results-driven mindset that prioritizes shipping and iteration over process
- Collaborative, hands-on approach with low ego
- Fluent English; German is a plus
- Experience with production or manufacturing software is highly valued
- Comfort shipping early and iterating based on direct user feedback
Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, SQL/PostgreSQL, Supabase, Git
