About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential enterprise software organization seeking a Solution Engineer specializing in portfolio planning and agile management solutions. This is a remote position based in the United States, offering the opportunity to work with Fortune 2000 enterprises and drive strategic value realization.
In this senior domain specialist role, you'll collaborate directly with large enterprise customers to align technical solutions with business outcomes, lead adoption initiatives, and build trusted advisor relationships across IT and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform value alignment engagements with strategic enterprise customers
- Build relationships across customer IT and business organizations to understand portfolio management challenges, agile transformation needs, and project impacts
- Act as a trusted resource during early decision-making stages, from conceptual planning through execution
- Identify and lead adoption activities with key accounts
- Maintain account opportunity, engagement, and adoption tracking
- Manage and direct team members within assigned accounts
- Deliver demonstrations and proof-of-value sessions for portfolio and agile solutions
- Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customer stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales, product, services, and management teams to ensure solution consistency
- Partner with other domain specialists to ensure comprehensive account coverage
- Participate in account marketing activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 10+ years in a technology or business discipline
- Strong background with Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management platforms
- Experience with enterprise solutions such as portfolio planning tools, agile platforms, and IT management systems
- Understanding of Agile frameworks including SAFe
- Ability to translate customer business problems into clear software solution approaches
- Experience interacting with business users to gather and document requirements
- Broad understanding of business and IT management principles
- Strong presentation and software demonstration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Motivation to understand customer needs and shift relationships toward partnership
