(Senior) Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing digital marketplace platform based in Berlin. Our client connects enterprise clients with specialized service providers and is scaling aggressively. They need a product manager who lives and breathes product-led growth—someone who sees the product itself as the primary growth engine, not just a feature factory.

This is an onsite role in Berlin for a sharp, metrics-driven PM who can turn friction into activation and users into advocates before they ever speak to a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product-led growth strategy, focusing on activation, onboarding, engagement loops, and natural expansion
• Define success metrics, design and run experiments, and make data-informed decisions about what to build, iterate, or kill
• Work directly with Engineering, Design, and Data teams in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Identify and systematically remove friction points across both sides of the marketplace experience
• Partner with Sales and leadership to ensure product initiatives align with revenue goals and business strategy

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace, two-sided platform, or SaaS environment
• Demonstrated experience shipping product-led growth initiatives—not just talking about PLG, but actually building and measuring it
• Daily use of AI tools in your workflow; this is a hard requirement
• Strong analytical capabilities: comfortable living in dashboards, running experiments, and trusting data over intuition
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 minimum)
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for an onsite position
