Senior Product Designer (Full Remote – Germany)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing AI consumer technology company seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their fully remote team in Germany. Our client operates one of the world's largest conversational AI platforms, serving tens of millions of users globally. This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and brings original product thinking to the table.

You'll work across conversational experiences, character creation, monetization flows, growth surfaces, and emerging product areas. This role requires someone comfortable designing for NSFW experiences within a safety-first framework.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
• Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale
• Create and iterate on visual content (image and video) to support product exploration, in-product experiences, and growth surfaces
• Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts that go beyond immediate briefs
• Identify opportunities and help shape new features through proactive exploration
• Work confidently across modern design, prototyping, and creative tooling
• Experiment with AI image/video generation tools as part of the design process
• Communicate design reasoning clearly and defend ideas thoughtfully
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams

• Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• High ownership and strong decision-making ability
• Comfort working with NSFW product experiences
• Portfolio required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered
