Global Web Growth Project Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Global Web Growth Project Manager. This is a high-impact role where you'll own web performance across a complex, multi-market digital ecosystem spanning 30+ websites. You'll be directly accountable for delivering lead generation KPIs and conversion optimization initiatives that fuel business growth.

This position is based in Poland or Spain and offers the opportunity to work with a truly global team on projects that scale across multiple countries and languages.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver web performance KPIs, with primary focus on form submissions, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and marketing accepted leads (MALs)
• Plan and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and A/B testing programs
• Optimize and create landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation
• Identify structural and user experience opportunities for improvement across the web ecosystem
• Analyze performance using tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console, translating data into actionable optimization roadmaps
• Partner with web analysts to transform insights into measurable performance improvements
• Lead cross-functional web projects end-to-end, from ideation and prioritization through launch and post-launch optimization
• Create clear project plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across multiple parallel initiatives
• Coordinate closely with marketing teams, web developers, web designers, and analysts across markets
• Handle web quality assurance to ensure high-quality, fast, and bug-free releases
• Balance multiple initiatives simultaneously across different countries and product lines

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in web management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and lead generation strategies
• Hands-on experience with website analytics tools such as GA4, VWO, Hotjar, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional, international teams
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
• Results-oriented approach with accountability for delivering measurable outcomes
