Endear – Product Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client building modern customer relationship tools for retail teams. They're seeking a Product Designer to join their in-store experience team, owning the design of appointments, events, customer check-ins, and the administrative workflows that support frontline retail associates and managers.

This is a remote, full-time role based in the United States. You'll work on early-stage product features, defining problems through research before designing solutions. The role suits someone comfortable creating clarity when the path forward isn't obvious.

Responsibilities

• Own features from discovery through production-ready design, working closely with product and engineering partners
• Conduct user research from early discovery through usability testing with store associates, managers, and admin users
• Design complete, accessible product experiences including loading, empty, error, and permission states
• Use customer insight and data to inform design decisions and iteration
• Deliver product experiences that improve how retail teams manage clienteling and in-store workflows
• Build a strong rhythm of discovery, testing, and continuous learning
• Collaborate across design, product, and engineering to shape solutions early in the process

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of product design experience
• Proven track record independently owning features from discovery through implementation
• Experience running user research from discovery through usability testing
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product solutions
• Experience designing complex, accessible workflows and accounting for edge cases
• Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Experience building within established design patterns while knowing when to evolve them
• Familiarity using AI tools as part of your workflow and applying judgment to AI-generated output
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and execution, with articulated impact and data where available
• Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one product work
• Ability to think beyond the happy path and account for complete product states

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $100,000–$129,000 base salary

Note: This role requires availability for an all-team standup every Monday at 8:00 AM Pacific time.
