Consultant Education & Sales Operations (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization in Hamburg that works with certified education and training providers across Germany. Our talent team is seeking a Consultant for Education & Sales Operations to join their advisory practice.

In this role, you will work directly with the leadership teams of education providers, helping them build scalable sales and CRM structures. You will train their sales teams using proven frameworks and processes, with the goal of delivering measurable improvements in their commercial results. This is a consulting and advisory position—you guide, train, and steer, rather than execute operationally.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with client leadership and their internal sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies and CRM processes
• Train and guide internal sales teams at education providers using established templates and frameworks
• Analyze sales data, identify bottlenecks, and implement targeted improvements
• Take full ownership of a dedicated client portfolio (approximately 15 education providers)
• Conduct regular strategic sessions, review calls, and progress meetings with client leadership
• Contribute actively to the evolution of the consulting methodology and service offering
• Ensure sustainable results and strong client relationships through structured advisory support

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, CRM processes, organizational development, or strategic consulting
• Ability to work effectively with both senior leadership and operational sales teams
• Structured working style with KPI-oriented thinking and strong execution focus
• Excellent communication skills, confident presence, and process-driven mindset
• Fluency in German is required for this role
• Bonus: Experience with CRM systems, SaaS environments, sales architecture, or training sales teams
• Someone who thinks in solutions rather than responsibilities, and seeks to shape rather than administer

Compensation & Benefits

The client offers an attractive entry salary between €48,000 and €55,000 gross annually, depending on experience and track record. From the second year onward, successful consultants receive revenue participation tied to their client portfolio—a contractually secured, performance-based model with transparent terms.
