About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential educational technology organization based in Germany. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with deep Google Ads expertise to join their fully remote team. This role offers the opportunity to drive performance marketing strategy and scale campaigns for a purpose-driven organization helping thousands of people advance their careers.
Responsibilities
- Own and strategically develop Google Ads accounts with full autonomy
- Design and execute scalable SEA strategies aligned with performance objectives
- Continuously analyze, optimize, and strategically allocate marketing budgets
- Identify and implement growth opportunities, testing frameworks, and automation initiatives
- Leverage AI tools for campaign analysis, research, optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency
- Proactively evolve Google Ads strategies, processes, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads
- Deep expertise in Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns
- Proven track record independently managing and scaling complex advertising accounts
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in tracking, attribution, and performance KPIs
- Proficiency using AI tools for analysis, optimization, automation, and workflow improvements
- High degree of ownership, strategic thinking, and independent decision-making ability
- Fluency in German required for this role
