About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health-tech organization based in Frankfurt, Germany, seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their Patient Operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in customer care, quality assurance, and process optimization within a fast-growing digital health environment.

As a Werkstudent in Patient Operations, you'll be the frontline contact for patients via live chat and ticketing systems, ensuring excellent service delivery while maintaining a sharp eye on quality metrics and operational processes. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and other internal teams to continuously improve the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient inquiries through live chat and ticketing systems, resolving issues independently and escalating complex cases to appropriate departments
• Ensure consistent availability and responsiveness across communication channels
• Oversee order management from the online shop
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of chat and ticket interactions, providing constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate on developing and refining quality frameworks and relevant KPIs
• Monitor quality metrics, processes, and patient satisfaction indicators to identify improvement opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and other teams to enhance customer experience and journey
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to continuously elevate customer care standards

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university (required for Werkstudent status in Germany)
• Seeking a working student position in Customer Service, Quality Management, or Operations
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as support, service, or consulting is advantageous
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to work, including repetitive tasks
• Comfort working with metrics and KPIs; familiarity with Excel or similar tools
• Very strong German language skills
• Good English language proficiency
• Proactive mindset with genuine interest in process improvement
