We are representing a confidential healthcare marketing consultancy in Hamburg seeking a Senior Consultant for Projects & Solutions. This role offers the opportunity to move beyond traditional project management into strategic consulting, working at the intersection of client relationships, creative execution, and healthcare communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare accounts
• Guide development and evaluation of marketing and sales materials from concept through final delivery, ensuring alignment with communication strategies
• Conduct thorough quality control on rollups, advertisements, and all communications materials to ensure brand consistency and customer identity standards
• Collaborate with clients to develop assets including ads, social media content, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Manage internal creative teams, coordinating timelines, budgets, and cross-functional alignment
• Oversee complete project lifecycle from proposal development through implementation and final handoff
• Serve as guardian of brand consistency and strategic direction, ensuring customer-centric approaches throughout all deliverables

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in an agency environment with strong understanding of agency dynamics across projects, clients, and teams; healthcare or pharmaceutical sector experience is a significant advantage
• Proven client advisory and account management capabilities, with ability to build, maintain, and strategically develop trusted client relationships while balancing customer needs and agency objectives
• Strong project management competence covering proposal development, budget planning, resource allocation, and final delivery with confidence managing deadlines, priorities, and stakeholder coordination
• Professional evaluation skills for design materials, with ability to assess layouts, graphics, and client materials for quality, strategic fit, and brand alignment
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) for professional communication in presentations, client meetings, emails, proposals, and creative briefs
• Initiative-driven mindset with ambition to grow into strategic consulting roles
