About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential language training organization seeking an experienced English Language Instructor to join their team of professionals in Paris and the surrounding area. Our client delivers high-quality language instruction to corporate clients across diverse sectors and cultural backgrounds. This is a freelance opportunity starting in September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver effective English language lesson plans tailored to professional learners
• Develop complementary course materials that meet the specific needs of individual learners and groups
• Conduct language level assessments to establish baselines and track progress
• Create engaging language content appropriate for corporate environments
• Maintain high learner engagement and motivation throughout the training process
• Monitor student progress and provide ongoing performance evaluations
• Adapt teaching approaches to accommodate different culturally-based learning styles
• Participate in professional development and continuous training programs

What We're Looking For

• Native or native-level proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching English as a second language
• Strong understanding of corporate business environments (preferred)
• Proficiency in a second language (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as a freelance instructor
• Based in or near Paris, France
