Product Manager | Intch

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the professional networking space. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to take full ownership of a B2C product with strong market traction across 140+ countries. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to leadership, where you'll drive growth and own both strategy and P&L for a profitable product vertical.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2C product end to end, including its profit and loss statement
• Set product direction and own the 3–6 month roadmap across strategy, experimentation, and delivery
• Drive growth through hypothesis-driven experiments and measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, and retention
• Own product metrics and use data to guide decisions and prioritization
• Conduct customer development interviews and build deep understanding of user behavior across a global, multilingual audience
• Partner with B2B product teams to ensure the B2C product serves as a connective layer across the broader product ecosystem
• Report directly to the founder and assume leadership of a product vertical they currently manage

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Strong B2C growth track record, including experiments, acquisition, and measurable results
• Proven experience scaling a product that already has strong product–market fit
• Demonstrated success improving key metrics such as growth, activation, and retention
• Strong product sense and hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
• Comfort working with data and translating insights into action
• Experience working in a startup or fast-moving, high-ownership environment
• High autonomy, accountability, and comfort working without micromanagement
• Fluent Russian language skills required
