Sterling Account Executive

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization seeking an Account Executive to enhance client relationships and develop new accounts across multiple industries in Paris.

In this role, you will:

• Create effective approaches to drive new revenue and close new business
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities
• Develop a strong understanding of our client's service capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages
• Identify prospective leads and develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet research, networking events, and direct marketing
• Educate clients on available services through one-on-one, group, online, and in-person meetings
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle
• Quote, manage, and bill projects daily, coordinating with clients and production teams to ensure smooth and profitable execution
• Communicate professionally at all levels of seniority
• Travel within France as needed from the Paris base

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience and/or interest in the M&A space
• Proven track record in sales or a client-facing role
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong presentation skills (both in-person and online)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritize, manage tasks, and work effectively in a team
• Eager to learn, embrace challenges, and driven to succeed

Preferred experience:

• Experience and/or interest in financial, professional, legal, or technology services
• Experience in a B2B sales or business development role
