Werkstudent:in Founders Associate (m/w/d) – voll remote oder vor Ort

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education organization seeking a working student to support the founding team. You will work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations across multiple functions.

• Founder support: Conduct market and competitor research, identify funding opportunities, build presentations and decision documents, and drive small projects independently from start to finish.
• Process and operations: Help establish and improve internal workflows, from candidate application processes to course organization and operational systems.
• Marketing and content: Support social media, newsletter creation, and website copy. Contribute your own ideas on how to reach target audiences effectively.
• Data and CRM: Maintain clean data for leads, prospects, and partners. Build simple reports and analyses that inform better decision-making.

Your responsibilities will adapt based on organizational priorities and your strengths and learning interests.

What We're Looking For

• Enrolled student in business, entrepreneurship, communications, social sciences, education, or a related field (discipline matters less than your motivation and initiative).
• Structured and independent work style: you complete tasks without waiting for detailed instructions and proactively communicate when you need support.
• Strong German writing skills (minimum C1 level) for presentations, emails, and content creation.
• Digital fluency: comfortable quickly learning tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and similar platforms. Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools is expected.
• Nice to have: prior startup experience, marketing background, CRM system knowledge, or technical understanding (website management, automation tools).
