Werkstudent (m/w/d) RevOps / Sales Operations – voll remote

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education organization seeking a working student to support their Revenue Operations and Sales Operations teams on a remote basis across Germany.

Your core responsibilities from day one will include:

• Maintaining and cleaning data within HubSpot CRM, including contact records, company profiles, and deal datasets
• Supporting marketing email campaigns by making adjustments, conducting A/B tests on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action
• Assisting with lead outreach and qualification activities when capacity allows

As you become familiar with our client's systems and processes, opportunities may arise to take on additional technical projects based on your interests:

• Contributing to website development, landing page creation, and conversion optimization
• Building automation workflows connecting various platforms and tools using low-code solutions
• Ensuring clean data flows between systems and creating dashboards for marketing and advisory teams
• Identifying process improvements and implementing solutions with significant autonomy

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Quick comprehension skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
• Ability to troubleshoot independently using documentation and help resources
• Reliability and strong attention to detail, especially for repetitive tasks
• Initiative to question processes and identify efficiency improvements, recognizing where time and resources are lost
• Willingness to balance strategic thinking with dependable execution of routine operational tasks
• Creative interest in marketing (prior experience not required, but enthusiasm for testing and improving campaigns is essential)
• Strong communication skills with interest in phone-based customer contact and persuasive conversation
• Excellent German language proficiency for content creation and team collaboration
• Availability for 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule that accommodates your studies

Nice to have for future technical responsibilities: foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, automation platforms, AI tools, or SEO principles
