Senior Technical Product Manager – Token Factory

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential AI cloud infrastructure organization that is building a high-performance inference platform. As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will own a core product stream and drive it from concept through launch and adoption.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the product roadmap, delivery, and developer experience for dedicated endpoints for AI model inference
• Partnering with engineering and research teams to design tools that enable customers to run large-scale, high-load inference workloads efficiently
• Supporting sales and customers by preparing materials, leading proof-of-concepts and beta programs, and ensuring smooth onboarding of complex workloads
• Driving product-market fit through continuous user research, customer interviews, and market and competitive analysis
• Managing technical partnerships and ensuring integrations deliver measurable value

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with:

• 3–5 years of product management experience shipping technical products with 10–15+ cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, research, design, support, marketing, legal, leadership)
• Hands-on mindset — you should be a power user of your own product, comfortable with the AI/ML lifecycle (inference, experimentation, evaluation, fine-tuning, deployment), cloud-native and DevOps tooling, and distributed systems
• Excellent execution and project management skills — experience with roadmaps, milestones, ownership, Agile processes, sprints, and change management
• Outstanding communication — ability to write crisp PRDs, RFCs, runbooks, and release notes; articulate constraints and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical teams
• Technical fluency — able to speak the same language as engineering, define precise requirements, understand constraints, and make sensible trade-offs
• B2B SaaS experience, ideally working with enterprise customers and technical buyer personas
• Customer-obsessed approach — proactive in uncovering needs, understanding customer AI strategy, and ensuring product adoption
• Bias toward action — runs problems end-to-end without waiting for instruction, even with incomplete data

This is a remote position available from the UK, or hybrid from Amsterdam.
