The Opportunity

Nebius is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex initiatives in our Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) team. As a key player, you will drive the development and delivery of core networking solutions that support secure and isolated private networks, connectivity from cloud resources to internet and external networks, and advanced networking services like routing, security groups, load balancing, and VPN connectivity.

Key responsibilities include launching VPC in new regions, supporting new hardware generations, improving platform scalability and resilience, evolving service architecture, and delivering new customer-facing networking capabilities. You will collaborate closely with developers, engineering managers, technical leads, and product managers to ensure successful project execution and alignment with broader company goals.

Core Duties

  • Drive complex initiatives spanning VPC, adjacent cloud services, and infrastructure layers
  • Launch VPC in new regions and support new hardware generations
  • Improve platform scalability and resilience
  • Evolving service architecture to meet future needs
  • Deliver new customer-facing networking capabilities
  • Work closely with developers, engineering managers, technical leads, and product managers of VPC and adjacent teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a technology company
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing complex projects within cloud infrastructure or networking environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time
  • Strong understanding of VPC, network services, and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure or networking is a must
  • Absolutely fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus
