Our talent team is seeking an Online Marketing Manager to join their growing operation and take ownership of campaign creation, client projects, and performance optimization.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a creative, data-driven environment and wants room to grow quickly into client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage high-performing marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Develop advertising assets that drive measurable results and exceed performance benchmarks
• Build content strategies that strengthen brand presence and support digital growth objectives
• Transform client businesses into memorable, market-leading brands
• Use analytics and performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
• Take ownership of dedicated client accounts within your first year

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in at least one of the following areas: media buying, graphic/media design, copywriting, web design, or SEO/SEA
• A performance-oriented mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Fluency in German is required for this Erlangen-based role
• Ambition to grow into larger responsibilities and client leadership
