Freelance Sales Rep (Commission-Only), Hospitality Software

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology company serving independent operators and multi-property groups across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. As a commission-only sales representative, you will:

• Source and develop your own pipeline of hospitality operators including coliving spaces, hostels, hotels, campgrounds, retreats, and vacation rental properties
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Select your own target markets and customer segments
• Conduct product demonstrations with support from the founding team
• Coordinate with other representatives to avoid account conflicts

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks self-employed sales professionals with:

• Proven track record selling software, travel services, or hospitality solutions
• Experience managing a sales pipeline independently from prospecting to close
• Knowledge of the coliving, hostel, hotel, or vacation rental industry—or the ability to learn quickly
• Particular strength selling to larger operators and multi-property management groups
• Ability to invoice as a self-employed contractor
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, or German) are valuable
• Comfort working remotely with full autonomy over schedule and approach

How We Work with You

Pay

This is a commission-only role. Compensation structure details will be discussed during the interview process. All payments are processed through the client organization according to their standard commission terms.
