About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential InsurTech organization seeking a Marketing Intern to join their international marketing team in Paris. Our client is a rapidly growing SaaS platform provider serving the insurance industry across multiple continents. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B tech marketing within a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

As a Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with graphic design, sales, product, and technical teams to support global marketing initiatives. You'll gain exposure to local market adaptation, event management, social media strategy, and digital marketing execution.

Responsibilities

Local Marketing (French OR German)

• Translate and adapt website content, product pages, and blog articles for French-speaking or German-speaking markets
• Create tailored content including social media posts, newsletters, print materials, webinars, and press releases
• Plan and launch multichannel campaigns incorporating organic content and digital advertising

Event Management

• Handle event logistics including sponsorship packages, contract reviews, procurement, and booth setup
• Manage onsite presence at events including booth coordination and participant management
• Organize merchandise, print assets, and promotional materials for events
• Manage and promote company-hosted events and webinars on insurance topics

Social Media & Content

• Develop and manage LinkedIn content, including posting and performance tracking
• Repurpose long-form content (webinars, interviews, articles) into various formats for different channels
• Contribute to editorial calendar planning across languages and formats
• Monitor competitor activities and track social media performance

Digital Marketing

• Launch and monitor campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Manage email campaigns and automation workflows using HubSpot
• Maintain and optimize website content on Webflow
• Support lead capture, qualification, and handover processes
• Ensure CRM data accuracy within HubSpot

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Business School (Master 1 or Master 2) seeking a full-time 6-month internship
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Autonomous, proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and take ownership of initiatives
• Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French OR German
• Comfort working in multicultural, international environments
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events

Preferred Experience:

• Previous marketing experience or internship
• Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS platforms, and digital advertising tools
• Previous work or study experience in international settings
• Additional language skills (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, or Mandarin) are a plus
