Customer Success Manager Grands Comptes – Cabinets comptables H/F (en télétravail depuis Rennes)

We are representing a fast-growing fintech organization in their search for a Customer Success Manager – Key Accounts based remotely from Rennes. This role focuses on supporting large accounting firms as they deploy financial management software to their teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with decision-makers and project teams at 7–10 key accounting firm accounts (Top 150)
• Build and lead governance structures including steering committees, adoption committees, follow-up sessions, and local relay networks
• Design and execute data-driven adoption plans for both accounting firm staff and their end clients
• Coordinate execution with internal experts across Product, Support, Operations, and Sales teams
• Anticipate risks related to satisfaction, deployment, and adoption; implement remediation plans
• Advise accounting firms on client onboarding strategies including communication, activation, and training
• Help integrate electronic invoicing requirements into deployment plans
• Monitor post-deployment execution and propose corrective actions
• Measure usage metrics and identify improvement levers to drive adoption among firm staff
• Maintain trust-based relationships, manage expectations, and deliver measurable value
• Deploy strategic action plans (annual/semi-annual) with partner firms

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success for SaaS with accounting knowledge, OR in finance/audit with client relationship management and commercial experience
• Excellent client relationship skills: ability to reassure, structure conversations, and maintain strategic perspective
• Assertiveness: clear recommendations, diplomacy, and persuasive communication
• Portfolio management experience with ability to assess client health and create tailored action plans
• Data analysis skills: extract insights and prioritize effectively
• Project management capabilities: multi-stakeholder coordination, rigor, and autonomy
• English proficiency (level evaluated based on role requirements)
• Comfort working in a fast-changing environment
• Strong collaboration focus within teams and across stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize high-impact business actions in daily work
